Step into an exciting role as a Remote Listing Specialist with our energetic team. We are on the lookout for passionate individuals holding an active California real estate license.

Role Overview

In your role as a Remote Listing Specialist, you'll enjoy the full support of our Sales Team, who will efficiently schedule listing appointments directly into your Calendly. Our team consistently organizes between 63 to 80 listing appointments weekly. To ensure ample opportunities, we limit our hiring to only two specialists per market.

  • Transaction Coordinator : Our skilled coordinator will handle documentation and compliance, allowing you to concentrate on your strengths.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in advanced remote sales training
  • Conduct virtual sales calls with sellers and present offers
  • Demonstrate expertise in the sales conversation
  • Communicate with a buyer's agent when tasks need to be completed
  • Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
