Overview And Responsibilities

The Paramount Consumer Products and Experience team is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence to join the team! The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate efforts to deliver impactful and actionable data solutions to key partners across the global business. They will coordinate all aspects of the management and maintenance of data and data platforms across CP&E. They will also deliver valuable reporting tools to drive growth and business improvement. This position works with the Director, Strategy and Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities

Systems and Data Management:

Oversee the design and maintenance of BI platforms; partner with IT/Tech teams to handle execution

Handle data ETL pipelines and collaborate with vendors to ensure accuracy and resolve technical issues

Partner with Paramount Tech teams through the full development lifecycle to implement and update systems and data solutions

Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and regulations, maintaining data integrity, security, and privacy

Data Reporting And Visualization

Champion strategic, impactful, and actionable reporting across CP&E organization

Build new and support existing reports and dashboards using a variety of BI tools

Manage access and conduct trainings to ensure understanding and accurate use of all data

Communication And Collaboration

Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with partners to deliver tailored BI solutions

Support standard processes for data and encourage continuous learning and development across CP&E

Create and maintain robust documentation to ensure business continuity and efficiency

Efficiently communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners, enabling informed decision-making and advocacy efforts

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred

4+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable Business Intelligence position (OR 2+ years with Masters)

Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Power BI)

Additional Qualifications

Masters degree in relevant field a plus

Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.) and machine learning a plus

Experience in retail/consumer goods industries a plus

Ability to prioritize optimally to meet deadlines; desire to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment

Excellent Verbal And Written Communications Skills Are Required

Highly strategic mentality, with the ability to build data-driven solutions that deliver maximum impact and drive growth
