Job Description

We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently and shares our core values: RISE (Responsibility, Integrity, Service, Excellence). Responsibilities:

• Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
• Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice

Qualifications:

• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• Proven track record in sales
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
