We have an opening PMP Certified Project manager

Mode of Interview: In Person Only

Work Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Shift: EST

Candidate must have 6 years of Experience

• IT software project management experience
• Experience and comfort in managing projects using varying methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid, etc.)
• Excellent issue, risk, decision and change control capabilities.
• Ability to establish key processes and norms that are necessary to monitor and control the project in the absence of existing standards and processes
• In-depth problem solving and conflict resolution skills necessary to resolve disagreements between stakeholders and/or team members
• Possesses excellent time management skills in order to accomplish all of the administrative tasks necessary to keep the project under control
• Experience and comfortable in developing a project approach that meets the needs of the project stakeholders
• Effectively manages scope, schedule and budget to meet project goals and objectives
• Active PMP cert (pls upload a copy of the cert under the Reference tab)
• Previous use of Jira for project tracking and management
