Commutable from Southern San Antonio. 

$125,000 first year - negotiable 
$160,000 plus potential plus benefits

Will train a new graduate

Some driving between a couple of clinic locations

The PA will work under the supervision of a licensed physician, providing high-quality patient care, performing clinical procedures, and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. 
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings, diagnostic results, and patient needs.
• Perform minor medical procedures, such as suturing, wound care, and injections.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tools.
• Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the electronic health system.
• Assist with patient follow-ups, referrals, and chronic disease management.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, medical regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current PA license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
