Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team in Enola, PA. As a PCA, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and behavior
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Medication reminders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a PCA or in a similar role preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
