What We’re Looking For:
We seek an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and independent candidate who thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment. The Medical Records Clerk will play an integral role in supporting our Medical Director and staff , ensuring smooth operations and compliance with medical reporting procedures.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and supporting a mission-driven team focused on company growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Data Entry & Medical Records Processing – Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
✅ Records Management – Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
✅ Client Onboarding – Assist with setting up new clients in our system.
✅ Reporting & Accuracy Checks – Run reports and double-check work for completeness and accuracy.
✅ Results Submission – Report medical results to authorized recipients.
✅ Referral Coordination – Submit referrals as necessary.
Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years of Office Clerical experience (Required)
✔ 2+ years of Medical Office Administration experience (Required)
✔ Must be at least 18 years of age
✔ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
