D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Land Administrative Assistant for their Operations Department (Northern Utah). The right candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Land Acquisition Department.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Preparation and maintenance of maps using Google Earth or related software
  • Coordinate meetings with municipalities and land sellers
  • Assist in Due Diligence, budget preparation and evaluation of land
  • Delivery and Pick-up of checks, applications and misc. paperwork
  • Data Entry and Database/Spreadsheet Maintenance
  • Ability to attend night municipal meetings for approvals as needed
  • Maintain Filing

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school strongly preferred; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
