Junior Analyst – Real Estate
Midtown Manhattan

Hayward Hawk are exclusively recruiting for a Junior Analyst for their client based in Midtown.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Real Estate.
In this role, you will be responsible for validating and auditing real estate data, engaging with industry professionals to verify listings building out a new internal system.

Responsibilities:
Data Quality & Validation

• Conduct daily audits to ensure listings are up to date and accurate.
• Cross-check internal data with external sources, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Industry Outreach & Verification

• Communicate with brokers, property managers, and real estate professionals to confirm listing details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality data flow.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in data collection and validation workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance data management processes.

Market Expansion & Coverage

• Support initiatives to improve data accuracy and coverage in priority real estate markets.

 
Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Data Management, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate data management, analytical role or a real estate internship.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate data and key industry stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage large datasets.
