Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with a particular focus on JavaScript, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain front-end code for web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to create intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure applications work well on a variety of devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are current and competitive.
• Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or minimum 4 years equivalent direct development experience.
• Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and features.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a good understanding of web standards and best practices.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with server-side JavaScript (Node.js).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
