Role Description
Help Role DescriptionPrimary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1.Acting as primary contact with printers and designers for holiday mailing materials
2.Working with the CEO on specifics of mailing materials
3. Update and confirm mailing recipients and categories
4. Edit drafts of holiday materials
5. Oversee mailing logistics of packages
6. Assisting Executive Assistant and Correspondence team with holiday mailing-related tasks
The team member will be needed to work days around holidays and potentially on holidays.
