At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Proven ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Attention to detail, strong grammar skills, and a creative mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company materials and sensitive information.
Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
A flexible, "no job is too big or too small" attitude.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day:
This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week at a corporate location in Boston, MA (One International Place, 16th floor).
Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide outstanding customer service at the reception desk for employees, visitors, VIPs, and executives.
Ensure the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service.
Prepare high-level presentations, communications, and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Occasionally take notes during confidential meetings.
Manage and prioritize calendars, understanding the need to focus on critical deliverables.
Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of pantries, conference rooms, and copy centers; act as the main point of contact in the reception area.
Manage the office security system; monitor visitor access, assign badges, and oversee security camera footage and employee ID badge access.
Assist with the onboarding of new employees by distributing ID badges, setting up workspaces, and providing office and procedural information.
