The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in data management software, and able to handle repetitive tasks with precision. Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and manage digital and physical records.
• Retrieve and review data as needed for reports and audits.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries from collected data.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure data consistency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
