Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to support high-volume data entry and record management tasks. This temporary, remote position requires candidates to be located near Berwyn, PA, for initial onsite training. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage data efficiently in a remote work environment.

Compensation:

• $22/hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

• Accurately enter and update data across multiple systems and databases.
• Verify and correct information to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive records.
• Assist in transitioning data to a new system, requiring strong technical adaptability.
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and perform regular data backups.
• Follow established data entry procedures and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Clerk:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
• Prior experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or financial setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable is preferred but not required.
• Must be located near Berwyn, PA, for initial onsite training.
