As a Data Center Technician Apprentice, you will be part of a team providing tier 1 and tier 2 support for enterprise systems. You'll gain experience with tasks such as managing multi-user computer systems, performing troubleshooting, and executing backup and restoration operations. You'll work onsite, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and receive mentorship to build the foundational skills needed for a career in IT.
