• Mastermind seamless operations, from amenity bookings, mail delivery and seamless access to us of our amenities.

• Liaise with third-party operators like fitness centers, restaurants, and conferencing teams.
• Collaborate to drive revenue, craft compelling programming, and market our amenities.

• Design a warm, welcoming experience that wows tenants and guests alike.
• Tap into tenant needs, working with our team to blow their expectations away.
• Gather feedback, tackle issues head-on, and elevate our offerings.

Your Domain 

• Command IT, vendors, and logistics like a pro.
• Maintain pristine tenant areas, front-desks, bars, pantry, and storage areas.
• Track supplies, budgets, and feedback like a hawk.

Your Stage 

• Manage room bookings and inquiries with lightning speed.
• Host dazzling tours and onboard tenants with ease.
• Partner with property management to address every need.

Your Spotlight 

• Collaborate with the WSA teams to craft engaging programming.
• Oversee event logistics, ensuring a flawless experience.
• Measure success, identifying areas to elevate further.
• Connect tenants with all WSA services.

• Ensure the Water Lounge shines, with controlled access and sparkling cleanliness.

• Customer Service Rockstar: 3+ years delivering exceptional service in luxury settings. You live for exceeding expectations!
• Relationship Builder: Adept at fostering strong bonds with clients and partners. People love working with you!
• Communication Pro: Your verbal and written skills are top-notch. You can tackle complex conversations with ease and grace.
• Problem-Solving Wizard: You turn obstacles into opportunities with your quick, elegant solutions. No challenge too great!
• Concierge Extraordinaire: Proven track record arranging transport, bookings, events, and insider tips like a pro.
• Tech Savvy: Master of property software, Microsoft Office, and always ready to embrace new tools.

• Luxury Service Expert: You intuitively understand the high-end client experience.   Must have three (3) years of luxury hotel/residential experience .
