About the Role:

In this role, you'll help maintain accurate financial records, process accounts payable and receivable, and support daily financial reconciliations. What You'll Do:
- Process and track accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and vendor relationships to support smooth cash flow.
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts and financial statements, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Oversee financial records for multiple clients, including data entry, invoicing, and transaction accuracy.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing internal financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Help with tax filings, including 1099 processing and supporting quarterly and annual tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, mailing, and document organization.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring:
Required:
- 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience in a business management setting.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
Preferred:
- Experience with Datafaction/AgilLink.
- Familiarity with 1099 processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- This role primarily involves working at a desk and using a computer.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $67,000 per year.
