### Job Summary:
We're looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper to join our Business Management team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance by maintaining records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily financial reconciliations.

### What You'll Do:
- Process and track accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, transactions, and vendor details.
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts and financial statements, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Oversee and manage financial data for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing financial reports.
- Help with 1099 processing and support tax filings, including quarterly and annual returns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Perform clerical tasks as needed, including scanning, mailing, and document organization.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required.

### What We're Looking For:
#### Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a business management firm.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
#### Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Datafaction/AgilLink.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and 1099 processing.
#### Key Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
