- Education/Skills:
- - Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems. Ability to present complex data in a meaningful method, e.g., charts, graphs.

- - Regularly serves as a mentor or knowledge resource to peers across the community.
- - Works in a team setting, sharing information and assisting junior-level team members.
- - Possesses detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise.
- - Excellent project management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
- - Associated certifications in the area of focus are preferred.
- - For Epic Analysts:
- - Certified or proficient in assigned Epic module (must be obtained within 6 months of employment date).
- - Certifications or proficiencies must stay current by maintaining new version training.
Responsibilities: - Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
- Independently provide guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives, demonstrating the ability to lead teams through complex integrated testing processes.
- Apply advanced application understanding and expertise to help meet customer goals and outcomes, tackling new problems through experimentation and creative problem-solving.
- Discuss and identify dependencies with project team members and stakeholders while maintaining collaborative customer relationships to ensure their needs are fully represented.
- Lead and evaluate process and requirements analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and cross-application recommendations on complex projects/requests.
- Develop strong, positive relationships with client management at all levels and ensure that clients respect you as an expert.
- Contribute to strategy discussions by proactively identifying options with associated pros and cons with team members, stakeholders, and leaders.
- Adhere to organizational standards for system configuration and change control, and independently analyze, design, and configure applications.
- Collaborate with Operational Leaders to focus on standardized best practice workflow processes and ensure alignment across all ministries.
- Coordinate code changes with appropriate vendors related to financial and business application issues and analyze infrastructure-related issues affecting applications.
- Share industry best practices from vendors with Operational Leaders and continuously improve technical knowledge of assigned applications.
- Serve as a liaison between business operations and providers, internal IT, system users, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Follow strict change management processes and review, providing feedback on documentation written by others.
- Continuously review, adjust, and grow skills and work ethic, maintaining healthy and positive team interactions.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests independently.
- Manage medium to large-scale and complex projects/requests, ensuring timely completion of assigned educational courses or presentations.
- Lead and coordinate high-impact vendor changes across applications, and may be required to travel or work additional hours as needed.
- Assist in preparation and conducting training sessions for users and co-workers, and proactively plan projects and tasks within the application.
