Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Pay range: $23/HR-$24/HR

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficiency. This position involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document accessibility
• Manage team calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and assist with follow-ups as needed
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate reordering as necessary
• Input data accurately into systems and generate reports
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables and charts for data analysis
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; additional education in office administration is a plus
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, charts, and table formatting)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

This is a contract position with an immediate start through the summer until end of August. The hours of this position is 7-4 or 8-5.
